Time to stop and watch the robots

I sat on the corner, at the cafe, watching people pass by. It was crowded. Lots of foot traffic. At two-fifteen, though, the crowd of people thinned out until the street was empty. Then the robots bustled through the streets, busy and chatty, going about their robotic business. At two-thirty, the robots thinned out, and the street was empty. Then the human foot traffic resumed. Does this happen every day?
