WE WANT MORE ARMS!
"So, what's this all about, then?" I asked one of them. The best kind of protest is the kind where people can walk up and ask what's going on.
"We want more arms," said a fellow with a wonderful little beard. "Two arms are not enough. Think of all you could do with more. Even one additional arm would help, and two - or better yet, four - more arms would really help everyone do what they want to do."
I assume they meant arms, plus hands, plus the brain processing power to use all of the new limbs in parallel. They seemed like sensible people, after all.
"So, whom are you petitioning?"
"You!" said the fellow.
"I can't do anything to make you have more arms."
"Have you even tried?" he asked.
So, what's this all about, then?
So, whom are you petitioning?
I can't do anything to make you have more arms.
Okay, okay. I'll do what I can.
