I was doing laundry this evening, because it's my favorite way to get my clothes clean. Ever since I donated all my clothes except one week's worth, I just have to do one bag's worth every week. It never builds up and I never worry about it much.

As I was carrying the clean laundry back up to my home, I saw a man jogging down the middle of the road. He was dressed in an outfit made from a wide variety of corn-chip wrappers. I laughed when he ran past me, and kind of cheered him. He looked back at me, and threw down a small pile of chalk powder onto the street.

Then he ran up the curb, onto the sidewalk, and drew a chalk circle on the sidewalk with a piece of chalk he still carried.

He ran down the hill, in the middle of the road, without further explanation.

My clothes feel just a little bit cleaner now.
